GUARANTEE

Equipment sold on Foam Machine Canada online store has a 90-day warranty following the date of receipt. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

 

TERMS OF USE

All sales are final. All items are fully tested before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse service or sale to anyone. Orders can be canceled before leaving the warehouse without penalty.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase with prior email approval from Foam Machine Canada. Administrative fees of 25% of the total amount of your bill will be deducted from the refund. If you feel it is necessary to return the items you have purchased, you must obtain a return identification number from our return service before shipping your items. Return shipping cost are at your charge. No refund on the foaming solution.

All items ordered and paid are sent to the expedition before 5 pm the day they’re ordered, Quebec time, Canada.
